Marina Greens wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the W3C, as our guide when we build and update this site. We keep working on it, and we don’t claim that every page meets every part of that standard.
What the site offers
- An Accessibility button at the top of every page. It makes text larger, turns on high contrast, underlines links, stops animations and switches to an easy-to-read font. Your choice is saved on your device only.
- Menus, forms and pop-up windows work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Pages fit small phone screens and still work when you zoom in.
- Moving content can be paused, and the site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- Our address, hours and phone number are written out as text on the Visit page, not only shown on a map.
Online ordering
Online orders are placed through Meadow, our ordering provider, which opens inside our Order page. Another company runs that part of the site. If any step of ordering doesn’t work for you, call us at (415) 757-0995 and we’ll help you.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us. Call (415) 757-0995 (TTY: 711), email hello@marinagreens.com, or ask us in the store at 3109 Fillmore St, San Francisco, CA 94123. Tell us which page you were on, what happened, and how you’d like us to reach you.
We read every report, reply within two business days, and fix what we can. If the problem is in a service another company runs, such as online ordering, we pass it on to them and help you another way in the meantime.
