Marina Greens is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of marinagreens.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Service, as defined in the Terms of Service, you expressly accept and agree to this privacy policy and enter into a legally binding contract with Marina Greens. Do not access or use the Service if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the terms and this Policy.
Your access to and use of our Services are subject to our Terms of Service. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and our collection, use and sharing of your information and data, and other activities, as described below. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms of Service, you must not use the marinagreens.com website.
Collection of Your Information
When you use the Services, we may collect certain personal and other information about you to provide our Services through various forms and places, including information you provide directly, such as when you contact us, or otherwise interact with the Service.
We collect what you give us: your email, name and mobile number when you join the Marina Greens List, and your name, email, phone (optional) and message when you use the contact form. When you order, our ordering provider, Meadow, collects your order details and the ID or medical documents needed to complete it. If we turn on Google Analytics, it collects how the Site is used: pages viewed, device and browser, and approximate location from your IP address.
Chat assistant. If you use the chat on the Site, the messages you send go to Anthropic, an AI service, to write the answers. We don’t save chat messages on the Site.
Use of Your Information
We may use your personal and other information for various purposes, including to provide you with services, help you place orders through Meadow, provide marketing information, to allow you to participate in features of the services, to maintain and/or personalize the services, to communicate with you, to provide customer support, to identify your preferences so that you may be notified of new or updated services, for internal purposes, for security purposes, in connection with legal and regulatory compliance, in connection with our Terms of Service, and for other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with our third-party service providers and for certain business purposes, including but not limited to marketing, customer support, and other services. We may also share your information as required by law or in the event of a sale, transfer, merger, or other corporate transaction.
These service providers handle your information for us: Meadow (online ordering and our customer list), Google (email, Google Analytics once enabled, and Google Maps if you open the map), Anthropic (the Site’s chat assistant), Cloudflare (Site security and speed), DigitalOcean (hosting), and Will Dev Agency (builds and runs the Site).
We may receive information about you from our affiliates, other users, or other parties that we may deem relevant to our services.
Use of Cookies and Tracking Technology
We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information and personalize your experience with our services.
We may use these technologies for a variety of purposes, including to allow you to use and access our services, to prevent fraudulent activity, improve security, to assess and improve and offer enhanced functionality. You further consent to potentially encountering third-party tracking technologies when using our services and accept that our statements under this Privacy Policy do not apply to those technologies.
Cookies are small web files that a site or its provider transfers to your device’s hard drive through your web browser that enables the site’s or provider’s system to recognize your browser and remember certain information. Cookies allow us to recognize your device and understand how our site is used, letting you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, and generally improving your browsing experience.
The Site saves a few settings in your browser: your answer to the age question, your accessibility settings, and whether you have seen a promotion. Google Analytics (once enabled), Google Maps (if you open the map) and Meadow’s ordering screen set their own cookies.
If you do not want information to be collected through the use of cookies, you may disable the use of cookies by modifying your browser settings. If you choose to disable cookies you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of our Services. The Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Location-Based Information
The Site does not collect your device’s precise location. Marina Greens does not deliver.
Third-Party Sites
The Service may include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between the Service and your account on a third-party web site or application. The use of this functionality may involve the third-party operator providing certain information to us. Ordering on the Site happens in Meadow’s ordering screen, which is covered by Meadow’s privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating a site the Site links to. Please read the terms, conditions and policies of such third-party sites before accessing or using such sites. The inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply any endorsement of the linked site by us or by our affiliates.
Security
We incorporate commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information. Unfortunately, no data storage system or method of data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use our service and provide us with your information at your own risk.
Opting Out
If you no longer wish to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out of receiving these marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message. To stop text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. We aim to comply with such request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you administrative messages.
You may request to review, correct, update, suppress or otherwise modify any information that you have previously provided to us, or object to the use of such information by us.

In your request, please make clear what information you would like to have changed, and whether you would like to have your information suppressed from our database. For your protection, we will only implement requests with respect to the information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We aim to comply with requests as soon as reasonably practicable.
California Users

Age
The Site is for adults 21 and older, and for medical patients 18 and older with a valid recommendation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Retention
We will retain your personal and other information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
